when will we schedule our timeline call?
The timeline call is typically around 8 weeks prior to your wedding date! I will reach out shortly before to schedule. However, we can complete this call at any time as long as all your major vendors (venue, photographer, catering, etc.) are booked.
do you recommend having a second coordinator?
do you recommend having a second coordinator?
A second coordinator is up to each couple and their specific situation! Weddings at multiple locations or detailed decorations are the most common occurrences for a second coordinator. Any wedding with over 150 guests is required to have a second coordinator.
will I always work with Kayla?

We have a wonderful set of staff coordinators that are experienced and hard working! We will let you know upon asking about your date which coordinator is available for you to work with. Please keep in mind changes may happen due to emergencies or scheduling issues.
